2-3 Medium Nectarines
1/2 cup Skimmed/Low-Fat yoghurt
1 cup Skimmed/Low-Fat Milk
a pinch of salt
Honey to taste (for the CALORIE conscious) or else add sugar
Wash, Pit and Chop the nectarines to small cubes. Take them all in a blender and Blend. Serve Chilled.
