hiya people,how are you all doing? Meal plan day it is, i usually do it on Saturday, but this week got busy and it is been almost 3 weeks since i posted my meal plan, i wasn’t sure whether it is helping out anybody? If you think my meal plans help you in someway, please do leave your comments in this post and that way i will be motivated and post it here.
Coming to this week’s meal plan, I have again kept it simple with breakfast with the usual Dosa, Kuzhipaniyaram, Masala idly, paratha etc,
For Lunch this whole week my younger one has cricket practice and will be coming only at 4;00pm and so i have to pack him both breakfast and lunch. He prefers roti as lunch and so it is going to be Roti and subzi for all the week for my hubby’s lunch dabba too.
It is only me and my elder one for lunch at home, he loves dal, so i have kept mostly dal and subzi for us with rice/quinoa. You can find the varieties of dal i have in my blog here.
Dinner is the one meal we are trying to eat together as a family, and my kids decide Wednesday and Thursday menu at home, so Wednesday dinner is their favorite poha, and Thursday night is pizza night. Check the varieties of poha you can make. I have a fool-proof recipe for pizzas, will post it in the blog soon. If you follow me in instagram, i have saved it in my highlights there and it is a pretty popular recipe.
