I don't use onion and garlic at all when preparing south Indian meals as a habit. I sometimes add cabbage as well to this curry. The whle meal looks delicious.

Cutting vegetables is something I hate and then making a menu is next on the list. But reading that you cook in one hour makes me sit up. Now that is my goal. And thanks to this cauliflower poriyal meal tomorrow is easy poriyal and rasam sounds like a delicious combo. Thanks a lot really appreciate it especially when it means I can escape in an hour.

I love cauliflower stir fry. Our all-time favorite gobi side dish. I never added grated coconuts to the sabzi, this sounds yummy too.

I like cauliflower and often make it in Aloo gobhi sabzi. Never tried making it alone with peas like your recipe. It sounds and looks so comforting and delicious, I shall give it a try. Love the thali spread you have presented here.

I'll have to try this Cauliflower Poriyal recipe Priya as I am now quite tired of having my Gujarati style dry cauliflower and peas shaak or sabji. A change in flavors especially since its got coconut and curry leaves. Simply and healthy.
