Really simple and easy to make. I loved the idea of roasting in oven. Which avoid heating them in oil. great recipe thanks for share.

That’s such an easy and flavorful sauce. I completely agree with you - I also prefer working with the oven and chilling while it’s done. Am definitely trying this asap!!

Homemade Italian sauces are best. I once bought a jar from store and regretted it - it was so oily. Over roasting the tomato is a great idea. Will try next time.

I have somehow never oven roasted tomatoes. I think I will do this soon. Loving the flavors of the sauce.
