- 1 no Apple i have used royal gala
 - 2 cups cold milk i have used full fat milk
 - 4-6 nos dates, depending on your taste deseeded, i have used mejdool and any soft variety dates 
 - a pinch of cinnamon powder
 - a pinch of ginger powder  optional 
 
 
Wash, core the apple, cut them into small chunks
Deseed the dates, chop them into small chunks 
 Take     cubed apples, dates along with milk and spice powder into a blender jar and blend until     smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
 
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and pump up the calories if serving for kids.
