Ingredients
Apricot smoothie
3fresh apricotspitted, chopped into chunks
1cupmilk
3dates, any soft varietypitted
5almonds
For the Strawberry swirl
1cupfresh strawberries
Instructions
Let's make strawberry puree
If using frozen berries, leave it on the counter for 15 minutes, so it will be easy to blend them.
If using fresh, you can blend them directly.
Let's make Apricot Smoothie
Take cut apricots, dates, almonds along with milk and blend smooth.
Let's make Swirl Smoothie
Now to serve, take two 300ml glasses, Pour apricot smoothie till ¼th of the glass, top with 2-3 tablespoon of strawberry smoothie on it, top it with another ¼ cup of apricot smoothie, followed by 2 tablespoon of strawberry smoothie.
Take a long straw and swirl the smoothie to get beautiful patterns on top. Serve immediately.
