6 slices of Multigrain bread
1 mango, I used rajapuri variety
4-5 nos strawberries
½ a dragon fruit, pulp chopped into cubes
½ cup cream cheese
2-3 tablespoon butter for toasting the bread
- Wash the mango cut the sides and scoop the flesh out and chop them into cubes.
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stem and chop them lengthwise into 3 or 4 slices each.
- Apply butter on both sides of bread and toast it brown and crisp.
- Immediately apply 1 or 2 teaspoon of cream cheese on the toasted bread arrange on 3 fruits and serve immediately.
