Priya when I prepare dinner rolls or burger buns, the texture inside is soft. But the outer side is hard the next day too.I brushed with milk and baked at 160 deg till done.Let me know whether we have to knead pizza dough as of bread dough(looooooooong kneading)Goodluck for yr forthcoming recipes.continue rocking.

Hi Sujatha, thanks for visiting. I m no expert in breads, but one of the reason for hard crust, might be too much flour!!! yes while kneading the dough, are you using too much flour for greasing the surface, try by just sprinkling or use a dab of oil.
Kneading time for breads depend upon the type of the bread.
Do let me know whether this helps!!
