One Pot Meals - My Personal Favorite

One-pot meals are a blessing, right? Some days I can cook up a storm, while other days I don't even feel like entering the kitchen. But as a mom of 2 boys (3 if I count my hubby) with lunches to pack by 6 am, there's no choice. During those dull days, quick and easy one-pot meals are super convenient.

Today's recipe for Brown rice matar pulav is a straightforward and satisfying meal option. It can be prepared quickly in just 30 minutes, not counting the time needed for soaking the rice. This simple and comforting pulav can be easily made in an Instant Pot as well. You can simply dump the ingredients and let it cook, keeping it warm until you're ready to serve. I will share the Instant Pot cooking time for this recipe soon.

This  sattvic pulao would make a great dish for get togethers . They can be made for a crowd easily. You can also make it ahead and warm it just before serving.

This is a nice recipe for pulao. Loved the use of brown rice. My takeaway from this post is the use of pao bhaji masala for the flavors. That's a nice option for a change. Thanks for sharing.
