Again this chutney/combination was something i came to know from the magazine. It was a superb combo. I have never come across a chutney with oil added to it. It paired so well with the dhuska and i m sure it will make a yumm combo with our own idly/dosa also.

Ingredients
Ingredients
1 cup loosely packed coriander leaves
3 nos green chilies
2 tbsp chopped onions
5-6 cloves of garlic
juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp mustard oil
salt to taste
Method
- Take all the ingredients in a mixer and blitz together adding 2-3 tbsp of water. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
- Serve it along with hot Dhuska and enjoy.
I like that vibrant green chutney.Love it.
