Whenever i make Roti’s for Lunch, i prefer to have a raita as a side-dish. Keeping in mind the Mint Raita, i made this coriander raita. It was fantastic. I used black salt instead of the normal salt, which gave a wonderful taste to the raita.
1 medium cucumber
1/2 cup Skimmed Yoghurt
1 medium bunch of Fresh Coriander
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Black Salt to taste
Wash, Peel and Chop the Cucumber. Remove the Root end of the Coriander bunch and wash the leaves, Roughly chop it and Grind it with green chillies.
